I have made 3 transactions on the 19th of november: 100 $ via credit card to BTC -> was processed via Liqpay and converted instantly 500 $ via credit card to BTC -> transaction was processed via Liqpay but put on hold for 3 days 100 $ via credit card to BTC -> (different card): transaction was also put on hold. I have not received any answer to my e-mail, chat support was just closed without any answer. I only received two order numbers: 28231 and 28214. The money was already charged from my credit card, but still no conversion or answer! The exchange rate is different now, I am REALLY UPSET, even if they are going to do the conversion to bitcoins!! It's very strange, they charged my card successfully, but did not get an answer from my bank (?!) so the money was frozen, but they could not refund it because of an error and are doing it manually. Does not seem very trustworthy, but I don't think it's 24change.com's fault. Hope to get back my money soon. I will update then. |
