I have several personal reasons, aside from business to start an alt coin.
I know that I can do this myself, because there are some great guides out there, and I am decent with coding and understanding code.  These guides for creating an alt coin take all of the work out of the coding though, so this would be no problem for most people with a basic knowledge of general coding protocols.
However we have a new baby in the house, and a lot of other issues going on that are distracting me from this task.
I have already modified foocoin to work the way I want it to;  ( https://github.com/foocoin/foocoin )
But I have a few other elements that I need help with though. 

Here is what I need.   

1.  Someone with experience to create a ASIC proof alt-coin, scrypt is preferred unless there is a better alternative.
2.  Someone to create a web-based mining pool
3.  Someone to help me set up my seed node and server for mining/processing blocks, I have a Centos6 based VPS already to go
4.  Compile the clients for Windows, *nix and Mac
5.  Someone to test it and verify that everything is working correctly
6.  Possibly now, or soon I would like a publicly accessible blockchain available
7.  Soon I will need a Wordpress (WP-Ecommerce) based plugin for a coin payment gateway

Basic advice on anything I may have left out. 
I have the basic specs in mind already for how I want blocks to be discovered and pay out, and how the difficulty should work.

I can pay around $1000 USD via BTC for a job completed for this.  I need to see proof of concept and work that you have done on a cryptocurrency that already exists and works correctly

Do we not have enough scrypt-based alt chains?
