So you are admitting to multi accounting to avoid a ban?

Depends what it was banned for. What account is it? Accounts aren't usually permabanned just for spamming unless it's for repeated offences or for spreading anything malicious. If you were copy and pasting then that's a different matter and won't be unbanned.

If the hero account is banned and your posting outside of an appeal thread in meta then your are continuing to break forum rules (as was pointed out up thread).  I'm not sure why anyone would believe you won't bump again or break other forum rules.

Not unless you can verifiably prove it's yours as that account is hacked/sold and you're likely not the original owner:

Hi everyone,

I've explained what happened here(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1398355.msg30478715#msg30478715 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1398355.msg30478715#msg30478715))
but thought it might be better if I posted it again here.

I didn't log myself into this forum for years, and just discovered that I've been locked out from my own account (leepsteer00) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=116970)
when I tried to log in just now.

Looks like my account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=116970) has been hacked and controlled by some scammer(?) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1398355.0)
Thus created this account (leepsteer) to post this disclaimer.

Is there any way that I can proof that I'm the legit owner of the aforementioned account?
Maybe via some address I've used in the past?
No, password reset by email/security question is not working.
And no, I didn't sell my account.

Looks like someone had already noticed (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=116970) that my account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=116970) have been controlled by someone else.

Thanks in advance for any help given.

Edit: Sent a email reset request to Cyrus (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=78147) according to this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0). Thanks w5pn73 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=298723) for the help given.
