Title: OCZ Plunges 75%: Toshiba Offers to Buy Assets, Plans Bankruptcy Filing

Considering I've had two 128GB vectors failed, each one within 3 months, it was just a matter of time this would happen.

I'm very glad, I requested a refund on the 2nd failure and got out.

Also, I was not the only one with major failure with the ssd line.
