DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It is yet to be picked up by most antivirus, but there is NO reason for this to be a false positive. It should not contain any bitcoin mining software.
The OP has just registered. This has all the signs of malware.

Someone should test this software first before advising us whether to download it or not

Usually you have to be very careful with what you download... but having Bitcoin installed, this is much more important.
