Maybe you could keep the Bitcoins in escrow for two months (or whenever the chargeback limit is), and then only release the coins once that's elapsed. Probably defeats OPs reasons for wanting to use it in the first place though, but that is one way to try use paypal whilst minimising being scammed. |
