I would adjust your config to those settings first. See what you get with that, then move forward from there to get the most out of your card. However, you will only get about ~100kh/s with a 5670 anyway.
Your best bet on maximizing profits is to use a pool instead of solo mining. You will get a return based off the speed of your GPU, rather than each block found. I have not heard of someone else having these difficulty 113M vs 1.73K differences and messages. I want to know if anything is wrong before I add hardware. That's not to say you must stick with that pool but for the sake of eliminating potential problems it would be worth attempting.

I have had issues with certain versions of CGminer, ive had great success with older versions on my 6950 to be honest,maybe try some other versions. Another thing i would say, is if you choose to mine other coins, newer or coins with a higher base yeild of coins, yet a lower price per coin... sometimes patience and holding onto some coins can pay off.. .for example i have (when coins had next to no value) sold: ~ 20million IFC coins ~ 10000 quark coins (which appear to be taking off) ~ 40 lite coins, among others!!.... |
