I found an error in the whitepaper! You said here on this thread that you get 100 Aether for 1 Aethercoin. The whitepaper states you get 1000! If I calculate the supply you ment 100 am i right?

It is interesting to watch out this thread but in first impression it seems they just add A to Ether. Name of this project could be more appealing instead of create confusing for people.

You are right we first wanted 1 Aethercoin for 1000 Aether, but that would make the supply 120 billion Aether, thought that would be a bit much, so we changed it to a 100.

Love this coin! I like EOS but im a bit scared with 21 nodes. Happy these people are solving this problem, buying for sure.

This is ongoing process of development now blockchain based projects are moving towards get matured. This is big revolution which is happening around us I think it's very early to judge any project even there is no working product so they it will take time to prove.

True we will see, but i like the plan really. They are also splicing the NAV chain and making a custom x13 coin so i think you can already see a bit what they are capable of before the ico starts, i like that its not just another token. If they can do that they can in theory indeed copy eos and add nodes.

I have observed them in telegram i think they can do it. You can never be sure ofc, but its looking good. ::)

Well at the moment there is not a single coin as advanced as EOS. ( other coins have Dapps to, but they cant actually produce real working products on a world wide scale. What we will do is copy the EOS blockchain and we will change the number of nodes to 42 or 84 depening on the budget. We will in fact decentralize EOS more. Vitaliks most known critique about EOS is the number of nodes, so we simply changed it!

Furthermore we will not participate in the normal way of token and swapping for real coins. We have made a real coin as token! ( Aethercoin )The coin that we made as token is based on NAVcoin ( we removed the anonymous subchain. ) This way we can proof to you immediatly that we are skilled programmers and that we can produce proper blockchains. Pre ICO.

We will also build an extremely advanced crypto exchange on our own blockchain that we copied from EOS.  This exchange will feature USDT and BTC margin option for over 40 top 100 coins. When you store 1000 Aether in your wallet on the exchange, you will unlock a lower tradefee, just like binance.
You will be able to swap to the token coin for a 100 Aether and you can change it back, because you can stake the token and you cant stake Aether.

And last but not least we will decentralize the wallets of the coins on our DEX. As soon as we decentralize all the wallets your coins will always be safe. No government will be able to raid servers to extract coins and stop the exchange. So what happend in South Korea wont happen on our exchange. *( or what happend to BTC E )

There are a lot more features, but this is the best way i can sum it up right now. I have checked many ICO's and there isnt one that even comes close to what our coin can do.  :D

Most ICO listing websites are very unreliable. They rate the most silly projects with very high scores and the good  projects can get low scores.

Its the parameters that they use to bench the ICO against other ICO. The joke is you can't Benchmark ICO's because they are way to different to compare in such a simple way.

If you follow the advice from the most popular ICO websites. You will be broke before you know it.

I've been looking for a good ICO for a while now, and Aether definitely seems to be one of the best ICO's I've found so far.
I must say I like their decentralized vision and speed potential. It looks to me like a well-thought-out project which will stand it's ground in the future.

The Aethercoin ICO ended earlier than planned due to the process of listing on a major exchange.

Development is going well although we will have a couple of months delay in deploying the Eos copy, due to power issues in the Bahamas and the Netherlands.

The initial plan was to build some of the best nodes in the Bahamas, but due to the power instability in the Bahamas, the Aethercoin team is forced to build the first hi-tech nodes in other countries.
