Title: What Percentage of People that Have Bitcoins are Gamblers? Post by: bitrebel on August 08, 2011, 08:37:48 AM Since Bitcoins are currently a bit of a gamble, I was wondering how people who use bitcoin are inclined to gamble in the first place.
Do you currently participate in online casinos? Do you have investments that are more solid, instead? Do you play in the stock market and currencies only? Do you diversify between different forms of investments and online gaming? It would be interesting to see the results of the survey. Seems to me like anyone who actively invests in bitcoins is a gambler at heart, in the very least. Personally, I shy away from certain forms of risk, but enjoy participating in others. Post by: payb.tc on August 08, 2011, 08:59:04 AM Seems to me like anyone who actively invests in bitcoins is a gambler at heart, in the very least. seems to me it's quite different. i wouldn't normally set foot in a casino, but i'd regularly invest in risky ventures. i don't consider myself a gambler at all, although some of my investment decisions have seemed pretty crazy. Post by: geek-trader on August 11, 2011, 05:21:08 AM I never gambled online. I go to Las Vegas regularly (5 hour drive from San Diego), and I love to gamble there.
But BTC has made it so easy to gamble online, now I do it all the time. |
