Title: Bitcoin + ecommerce
Post by: coinbucker on December 03, 2013, 06:33:53 PM
Now that Shopify allows merchants to accept Bitcoin, I'm wondering how many people will start an ecommerce website as way to get into the Bitcoin market.

I'm pretty new to Bitcoin so it's certainly seems appealing to me. Seems like a good way to earn some coins without having to outright buy them on an exchange.

Isn't this the other way around , people who already have shop will start accepting bitcoins ?
I wouldn't trust a seller who just started his shop over the bitcoin madness.

I think you're right that many of the exiting shops will simply enable Bitcoin. And, I'm sure anyone starting a new biz with the hopes of getting bitcoins will also offer the ability to pay with credit cards as well.

Alipay too in China.  More and more shopcarts and exchanges are integrating it because people are demanding it.  That is great for all of us.
