Title: Re: YoutubeTV Scammer Post by: Slow death on May 05, 2018, 04:35:00 PM first use this: Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0)
Scam report example: What happened:: I saw escrow.ms's lolipop thread 4 days ago and placed a order for 1000 lolipops. After I sent him payment, he just went offline and never came back. I think he's a big liar and a scam artist. Stay away from him. Scammers Profile Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=76380 Reference Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260070.0 Amount Scammed: 2 BTC/$176.40 Payment Method: Bitcoins Proof of Payment: http://blockchain.info/tx/b80f35cebae98fcbd8eb0e2eaea6def41f90ad01086ad830ba23094ac3c3b165 PM/Chat Logs: https://i.imgur.com/8UbLVSc.png Additional Notes: I advise you to not deal with this user until this dispute is resolved. It will make it easier understand what has happened to you, provide all the details you have and do not forget to provide the profile of possible scammers and the evidence that he cheated and stole you. Cares that you should take for future business: always use escrow. You can find some reliable escrow in this forum. I posted a reply on his post but he just deleted it and locked his post This is what many scammers do. I posted a reply on his post but he just deleted it and locked his post As Slow death said, please update your post with the relevant details using the correct format. Is the thread that you are talking about and got scammed by this one (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3315079.0)? This user(youtubetv) is not only a serial scammer that is known for his autobuy scams, he also is a probable alt of another scammer. All of this is documented on his trust page that you should have visited before dealing with him. His offers are way too good to be true, and in future please avoid all autobuy links, especially if the sales thread is self moderated or locked. They do not offer any sort of protection for the buyer. Why would you buy from him ?

Why would you buy from him ? Relax, man. We were all there at some point. Even though the clues may be painfully obvious to us (with the red trust on YouTubeTV as an additional safety measure), self-moderated threads are a thing because they work and fool a busloads of people. It's a shame, and I agree that there is a plethora of resources that should have informed OP, but it's done and gone already - he's learned his lesson by now. Lol, I'm relaxed, in fact I got scammed by the same guy a couple of years ago and no one was relaxed on me, they came down on me like a ton of bricks, which now I am glad because it made me more aware of scammers on this site, but until the staff here change the system then heaps more will be scammed. But normally if something is provided with autobuylinks then the chance of scam is more so buyers need to read all the feedbacks lefton the user before dealing with him. @OP please update the thread with appropriate format then only DT membeers will do the necessary actions but I doubt that this is his only account. I got a code but it had already been used, he said he would give me another one but many days later nothing. I posted a reply on his post but he just deleted it and locked his post The reason why scammers lock their thread and make them self moderated is demonstrated by your case perfectly - they are able to censor out any sort of negative comments towards their scam, even though it's clear to anyone that no way is selling gift cards at such steep discounts a legitimate or sustainable business model. Essentially, scamming would be the only way that he will be able to Any time you see the combination of a) Autobuy links b) Self moderated threads and c) Locked threads, please move away. A legitimate business would not try to stop people from asking them questions in public. Most of these people are already tagged by DT anyways, so check their trust. I can guarantee you that if you see discounted gift cards being sold on autobuy, 9.9 out of 10 times, they've already have a negative trust on their reputation. Even if they don't, don't deal with them. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Title: Re: YoutubeTV Scammer Post by: sandy-is-fine on May 06, 2018, 03:21:53 PM Scam accusations (in this well hidden area of the board which virtually no one, especially a NEWBIE would look) is a total waste of time especially since absolutely nothing is done about it. The digital section is like a free-for-all for scammers. I'd bet my life that well over 50% of the threads are from the same GROUP - it ain't one person - of thieves then 50% of what is left is simply idiot scammers. There is no way one person could keep track of so many scam threads and alts. Sometimes he gets so confused he actually vouches for himself - I have a couple of screenprints of that somewhere.
YoutubeTV alone has at least 20 alts I have recorded that have had individual scam threads and that is not counting the hundreds of fake alts he uses just to vouch his scam threads. It is VERY SAD that the owners of this system don't kill some of them off. YoutubeTV and his "accountservices2" group have been at it for over 2 years, Here are a few (he has already deleted some) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3335053.0 Username: KernalCornhole https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2837869.0 Username: 305Emmy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2305059.0 Username: Kimb0Jamz https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2785613.0 Username: Cryptoshepard https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2710581.0 Username: burstcoin101 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2665631.0 Username: YoutubeTV https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2654647.0 Username: Jaywaves https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1753730.0 Username: esetnod32s https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1880259.0 Username: DeezAccounts https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2273849 Username: Prescott1987 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1734555.0 Username: PrisonPlanet https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1735438.0 Username: accounts2017 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1902548.0 Username: irritatedd https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1738728.0 Username: cardzzzzCoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1729816.0 Username: Insideinfo30 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1736144.0 Username: ManofConstantSorrow1 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2308437.0 Username: Atearinmyheart https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2402433.0 Username: Goldbitio https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2579154.0 Username: StellarLumenious https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2446364.0 Username GiovaniTheGreat https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2598585.0 Username: Elfonashelf Yes, I have screenprints of most all of these with connections back to each other by connected email or skype or telegram or whatever.
