YES the price includes the fastest I can ship to the EU around $80. If you want faster then you are welcome to make up the difference we will chat about it. Probably not a good idea to ship the PSU as it'll cost as much it costs but up to you of course. Shipping international I will ask for no escrow, as I got Neptunes to buy!
