Title: I want to warn about a scam
Post by: Forexperiments on December 04, 2013, 12:23:48 PM
I saw ads about asic-markets.com
The prices are too good to be real
I want to make a scam alert on this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=356780.0

In about us, the text is this:
Quote
In March 2013,Chris sold his car so we could buy food.Funding was at an all time low , We had many bill’s and debts it seemed like the end of the project completely. However at this point we had 8 chips working at 100M/hash each.I wanted to take our 800M/hash miner to the market place but with a top end GPU or FPGA unit 800M/hash was nothing special.

Which can relate to this other scam:

The problem of the bitcoin world is that it's pseudonymous and not regulated.
They continue to run their campaign on anonymous-ads and similar ad sites  :-\

Of course it's a scam, looks like a copied template, and maybe they haven't even updated the site in months. No sane guy would buy from a website without reading positive reviews about it.

Just want to say thanks for warning others of a possible scam taking place.  Wouldn't want those who don't know any better getting scammed and getting the wrong idea about bitcoin or this forum.  +1
