I need to sort something out, because I placed an order with Avalon, and I never heard back from anyone. I posted in these forums about it, and then I got an email from someone at a canaan-creative.com web address, asking me to confirm my information. I don't know why Avalon does not reply to my ticket, or confirm my order themselves? So is canaan-creative.com affiliated with Avalon? WTF is taking Avalon so long to respond to me? After doing some research a lot of the Avalon engineering source docs come from this site.
