Title: Selling Bitcoins for Paypal
Post by: dannyjr89 on December 04, 2013, 07:43:01 PM
I'm selling Bitcoins at 1.5x market rate via Paypal.

To keep me "seller protected" with Ebay, I'm selling these a special way:

You must purchase one of my items random worthless listed on Ebay for the amount corresponding to your Bitcoin purchase. I'm shipping the "dummy" item via USPS priority mail with signature confirmation. As soon as you recieve the item and leave me positive Ebay feedback I will send the Bitcoins to your digital wallet.

You must have an Ebay account with Paypal linked.
You must have a verified Paypal account along with a confirmed US shipping address.

I'm selling .5btc at a time. Message me if interested.

You know... to say you encourage scammers (selling forum accounts?), you certainly don't see yourself falling victim, huh? All someone has to do is record the unboxing and redact their positive feedback - whoops, I meant to leave that for another purchase :) Ooooh, but the positive feedback you require before sending.... You don't plan on not sending the coins because of your fail proof idea, do you?

Or report you for doing this then you'll be fucked when they freeze your paypal account and close your ebay.

If someone is willing to pay 1.5x, they are more likely than not trying to scam you.

Came to post this.

The likelihood of legitimate customers goes down, the likelihood of scammers (who don't have any reason to care about the price) goes up.

Tempted... sometimes you just want to burn a bit of Paypal money. A bit like with bitcoin...

Though x1.5 is a lot - could you lower that down?
