You assume that if someone pays 100% interest over 3 days just for the sake of holding your BTC for that period that this person has some out of this world business that can return him more than 100% profit in less than 3 days. If that is true, then why doesn't he loan some $ at less than 1% a MONTH and buy those same BTC to make that out of this world investment and still get to keep the BTC at the end. Just doesn't add up, there is nothing legal and moral in this world that gives anyone more than 100% profit in less than 3 days.

It's funny how their FAQ only explains what Bitcoin is, but says nothing about their own business.

I looked at the website and closed it immediately. Did you really think that some sort of anime character would trigger people to invest in something that looks like a scam, smells like and scam and is most likely a scam?

No contact information, no WHOIS and the FAQ only tells about Bitcoin itself and not on how you guys operate. 100% confirmed scam.

We all knew that the HYIP* world would soon pick up on the ease of using btc to perpetuate their scams.

Heretofore it was all solidtrustpay, payza, egopay, etc. that funded these mathematically illogical programs.

Now.. with btc... it can happen much more seamlessly.

The people running this website found an exploit in the Vanilla forum software to temporarily fuck with my company's online forum and homepage by redirecting to Bitmonica.com
My company, Open Garden, is a general supporter of Bitcoin and while we don't offer any services for payment yet (all of our apps are free to download), we reach out to the Bitcoin community because of the philosophical similarities with Bitcoin and mesh networking (we even had a booth at the Bitcoin convention in San Jose earlier this year). I assume this is why BitMonica.com thought we'd be a good target without risking making a big stink in the Bitcoin world.

They caused us a headache to say the least.... these guys are real jerks.

Thankfully everything is back to normal... but in all seriousness: fuck you BitMonica.
