My father's name was JACK (not JAAC) and whenever I picked him up at the airport I'd yell "HI JACK (not JAAC)" and we'd both almost get arrested. Anyway, back on topic. No one should be on any "suspect" list unless there is proof. Other than the fact their OP's are both virtually word for word by no means is that proof. Give the guy the benefit of the doubt and all the free bumps he's getting.
