In this lottery everyone who wishes to participate can donate some amount of BTCs to me (for a specific amount of time). Is it a website or a spreadsheet? What's your plan. These are questions one might ask before considering a gamble. Honestly there are better uses of one time in the BTC ecosystem. How do I know you are going to pick a lottery winner that isn't your pal, and how do we know you aren't just going to take the money and run.
