anyone that has done transactions with them? any problems? does it has the paypal-chargeback problem?

They are legit in the sense they can be trusted. I have heard of people having their accounts frozen for doing user to user exchanges, I think they are a very money laundry/terrorist concerned crew.

I signed up for Moneybookers and could not figure out how to get money in or out of it. So I gave up and went elsewhere.

It has the most user-friendly funding system of all payment processors.
It allows various instant bank transfers, instant credit/debit card funding...

If you want to raise the usual daily limits, you need extensive verification though. Home address, passport scan, telephone number etc. need to be verified.
They are located in the UK which is batshit insane about money laundering and funding of terrorists.

But sadly, I've heard they *do* chargebacks, if someone pays you using a stolen CC. So be careful who you deal with.

was wondering if it is good for BTC selling, anyone used it for this?

I have successfuly traded BTC through bitmarket.eu, got fiat on MB, and then transferred to my CC. It took my cc processor 4 days for currency to show up on my account.

The verification process was very straightforward to me, but takes some time, about a week for bank and CC verification, and about two weeks for address verification.

Good thing is that I can use MB to send funds immediately to some sites I use to buy goods.

I like their service and thus can reccomend it so far.

exactly the same thing, plus Liberty Reserve and Web Money.

I had no trouble figuring out HOW to use LR, it was the WHY that I couldn't figure. It seemed like an utterly pointless middleman.

Are useless in the US, but outside when you may have no access to Int'l payments is useful.
