I would guess that the Sapphire Xtreme has a better cooler though; my experience is that Sapphire has better quality control and overall products on average too.

Post by: st4rdust on August 09, 2011, 05:21:47 PM While I haven't used any type of 5850 card, I have two Sapphire 5830 xtremes and their cooling ability and exceptional overclock potential (I got over 20% past stock core frequency with each card @ stock voltage) have made them great cards for my mining setup. I suspect the 5850 xtreme cards are very similar.
