Reserve Requirement:  All 32 Entries must be reserved for the raffle to occur.
Raffle Execution/Expiration Time: Once 32 entries are confirmed, the raffle drawing will occur - winners are determined by the ending digit on the confirmed latest bitcoin block.  The block to be used will be announced in advance before a winner is determined.
