No, with Block errupter you can mine only SHA256D coins like Bitcoin. However, you can use an auto-switching pool like https://hashco.ws to mine whatever's most profitable at the moment, while being paid out in Bitcoin.

Sha256D coins are even too difficult for GPU or too vulnerable to 51% attacks with ASICs. I think it's better to look on Scrypt coins (Litecoin and other). Just another note: combining CPU and GPU mining with 100% loaded CPU decreases GPU performance about 10%. To avoid this use N - 1 cores for CPU mining.
