Title: CPU Miner on 8 processor server Post by: btc_shell on December 07, 2013, 01:44:12 AM Help please!
I am trying to deploy cpuminer on an 8 processor cloud server, which has four cores each. When I fire it up, I'm only getting 4 threads at 2.5khs each! Why?? Title: Re: CPU Miner on 8 processor server Post by: btc_shell on December 07, 2013, 02:52:56 AM Ok, so now I'm running minerd64_sse4 and it's still only seeing 1 processor with 4 threads. yay- 5.5khs now per thread.
I'm running it on an 8way server in the cloud with free credit :/ where are my other processors?? with 25khs/processor, shouldn't I be getting close to 200khs for the server?
