it has been a few days this idex can not sell and buy. why do not they fix bugs fast? will idex survive? I hope idex quickly fix this problem

Yes, I am also waiting for the solution of the problem. Until now, I had no complaints about this exchange. Now trading volumes there have increased tenfold. Perhaps this is the problem. Not so long ago, the exchange reached the milestone of 50,000 users, an impressive sign for IDEX, launched relatively recently. In addition, most users who visit IDEX often respond positively to this experience, and believe that this is a universal alternative to EtherDelta.

Yes of course, IDEX will survive on this problem this is just a temporary closed. I hope that the team behind IDEX works so hard to maintain the loyalty of every traders. Let's relax and wait until they issue a  final statement of the current situation don't panic easily.

About the stock market I have heard different opinions as well, and about others. Someone says this Scam exchange, someone trades on it and is quite happy, I have there coins and tokens do not seem.

hopefully idex soon fixed because there are some alt coin I can not sell in a few days, if you have a good volume like this is. good they should immediately fix it and do not let up to 4 days like this.

I possess a token which is currently traded only on idex, but fortunately I didn't deposit it there to sell, since I really didn't like this exchange's policy. They have very high transaction fees which can sum up to $20, I believe. The buyers can some additional fees as well. Why would anyone use idex? I think in such cases it is better to wait till the project appears on other exchanges, than risk with these small suspicious websites. I hope they fix the bug, though, so that users can sell their tokens, because otherwise it would not only be a bad exchange, but also a scamming one.

I think idex remains one of the best exchanges are sure that they are strengthening the system

It is better if you are going to stay away from IDEX exchange. It is not worth it because their service is really bad unlike the services from Binance and KuCoin. One of my coins is listed there and it has a really low value.

yes i also feel the same thing a few days ago it is very bad and they have not repaired problems that occur,and I think it's very difficult to trade in idex unlike other markets i want to buy tokens in idex and can not and now I pull back my balance I think it would be better to stay away from this exchange until the problem is fixed..

Its alarming , until now they cant fix thier site. Hopefully its not a sign that they are running away together with all the  coins that is being traded.

IDEX is experiencing some trading problems and their management team is trying to correct that, and I hope that IDEX will be back to normal soon. I also regularly trade on IDEX instead of Etherdelta as it is also a decentralized trading platform for many token transactions.

Yes it's been like that for few days, it was expected as many traders/investors moved to IDEX after Etherdelta hack + it provides a way better UI/UX and I guess  they couldn't handle it. Here's the last update from the team (was on 4th of May and still nothing changed  ;D):

Idex has had server interruptions since last week and many users complain about not being able to sell and buy their tokens.

hi friends, what's the latest news from idex? whether we can now trade in idex? if not, why idex has long technical breakdown?

I used many times idex and i found it really useful to trade my altcoins. Idex has also a great volume to be a decentralized exchange, i think it’s better than etherdelta and the team is really active with community.

Idex supports pretty much any coin and token.  But idex often fails.  I used the idex for a while.  error occurred daily.  I gave up the idex

I have been trading there for about three months and there are still problems. There has never been such a long break as now. I'm really seriously considering moving all funds elsewhere ... if I will have chance to withdraw them.  :(

They are testing the automated trading system. They did not give a certain time, but I'm sure everything will soon return to normal

Yes technical work last for 4 days from 04.05.18. Think this is a normal system update and improvement of the protection. Well that the output of tokens from the exchange can I get ;)

Idex like as Forkdelta or Etherdelta is the decentralized exchange and usually under mantainance to fix some problem.
The lastest from Idex team is they need 4 days to fix the issue from 04.05.2018. You cannot trading but Withdrawals and cancels are enabled
Please be patient

Just a little patience, I'm sure that experts are working on this and soon everything will be restored. There is an assumption that the stop is due to the influx of large trading volumes. It would be nice to see some changes after a technical break. For example, I expect that they will cancel their rule to trade at least 0.15 ETH.

I am pretty confident on IDEX team. If you take a look at their twitter, you will notice they have been working pretty intense to solve this issue ASAP. By triplicating their team and also working in an scalable (not server dependant) solution will make this exchange quite stable in the long term.

Just give them some time, that's all.

I do not feel the problem is my trading smoothly no problem whatsoever. be patient do not panic hope to return as usual and better

It is safe to keep tokens there now? i got tokens in idex. 4 days since they are in maintenance.

Very disturbing situation. I do not want to be in the place of people who have tokens on the exchange.

What happened? — Our growth over the past couple weeks has exploded, with our active users more than doubling and our volume increasing 4x. This growth is straining some areas of the system and we’re struggling to support the traffic. We have been working diligently over the past few months to resolve the issues, but developing the right solutions takes time and patience.

it seems today i can start trading, i see the amount of volume is not zero, but i have not tried to trade there. has anyone tried it today?

There is a problem on exchange, they try to fix it. Just be patient.  You can see the updates in their twitter.

Getting more member under them need more time to adjust their system capacity, like they need to upgrade their memory files to cater all everyone that are coming to them, so please also have a little patients due to their maintenance procedure.

A few days ago idex had an interruption,
.Yesterday I tried to buy coin in idex but still fail ..But don't panic it is a natural thing and will soon be better.

It just a temporary closed. Waiting for their resolution.

Its appalling, until at the moment they colloquialism fasten thier objective. Hopefully its not a autograph that they are government onward well-balanced with all the  coins that is macrocosm traded.

Sometime Idex exchange went to mantainance action and in this time, you could not buy or sell anything. Remember that Idex is decentralized exchange, you should not directly add your wallet with private key to it, lets use metamask to protect your wallet for scammers.

Thanks for the information as I about to do some transaction at Idex and I don't know what to do about this exchanges. I will buy first my matamask wallet for this.
