After hosting our session in London last night with Stacy Herebert, Max Keiser & Founder of BankToTheFuture.com Simon Dixon, and over 150 of the top BitCoin businesses in London, we had a number of people that wanted to buy shares in us using BitCoin.

We decided to accept investments in BitCoin for a limited number of shares as an experiment and the first case study of Equity CrowdFunding using BitCoin.

We are a two person team and we need some help to get other developers and designers on board to help with the project. We currently have the cloud engine built and the front-end user experience developed. We need help pulling the remaining aspect of the project together.
