Okay so hypothetically, if I ran a company and we built an app for Android, and one of my competitors was not doing so well with one of his apps and I wanted to develop the app as my own, could I "Buy" the app ownership and source code from my competitors to develop and market it further as my own? (of course giving credit where its due)
