Just paste the address in ur wallet and choose the amount of btc u wanna send. After its been confirmed u'll see it on bitstamp. Should be easy

There should be a bitcoin address, that's where you need to send your coins :) Of course, be aware that it is not an instant process. Might need to wait a couple of hours for the deposit to show up in your account.
