Regarding 1) ... I would recommend you to open an account at bitstamp, one of the biggest exchanges here in the EU. They do support withdrawals to your bank account (though they dont list a lot of coins). Bitcoin.de had (back in my usage days) very high fees compared to other exchanges. If you want to be absolutely sure, ask a "Steuerberater (accountant) that specialized in Crypto or the "Finanzamt" (finance authority) directly. There are many things to consider and if you want to be absolutely sure, you need to ask a specialist. Tried in many countries, no luck. Maybe you have some expierience with banks in EU that are ok with corporate accounts that accept crypto transfers. The only one i know is the german Fidor Bank: https://www.fidor.de/ They have a partnership with bitcoin.de, one of the most secure fiat-to-crypto exchanges in europe. |
