I checked and it's legal to send meat to Chile. Anyway I don't write that letter contains meat. (If you meant that)

I live a couple hours from where this jerky is produced (Twin Falls, ID).  It's not too shabby.

i had a jerky recently that was full of conservants. but otherwise i'm curious and willing to buy

Trout, sugar, dehydrated soy sauce, powder (wheat, soybeans, maltodextrin, salt), salt, corn syrup solids, reduced lactose whey (milk), black pepper, yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, spices, red pepper, sodium caseinate, sodium erythorbate.

I think all additives are just to keep meat together (It looks like it's crushed). Those taste pure fish. 2 other guys said that too. If you like taste of fish you will love those.  ;D
