What's cool is that the non-reloadable card doesn't require registration (i.e. name, social security nbr, etc.) like Greendot and others. Even better, no fees after purchase. Some cards charge $1 per trxn. A great way to spend bitcoins anonymously if one can get cash for bitcoins.
