Has anyone ever gotten a payout from btcpoolman? i mined there for couple of months on and off and they still didnt find a block apparently... so ididnt get paid... is that possible? they usually run at 4~500ghs, surely theyd get one blk every couple of weeks, right?!

they've solved one block. At 500Ghps and current difficulty, they can expect a block every 31 weeks.

lol.
The difficulty will keep rising and the pool hashrate will keep dropping (some old users will leave), the expected time for the next block could be much much longer. :)

EDIT: The pool hashrate is now down to 350 GH/s at this moment.

That's what happens to proportional pools. Miners jump on at the start and by 0.42xD shares in they've jumped off again. A bunch of proportional pools died this way.
