Title: Cryptsy problem Post by: jubalix on December 11, 2013, 04:31:47 AM I have just sold 2 tranches of 1000 IXC on cryptsy, and the IXC were take of my account but no BTC deposited, I then tested with 50 IXC and that worked, where did my IXC go?
no records of any transaction appears in the history? but you can see that I deposited 3050 IXC 3050.00000000 IXC and have not withdrawn any IXC and the trade history only shows 50 traded for BTC but my balance is now 1000, not 3000 as it should be Can this be fixed please as I need to trade on to another coin quickly??? how does this even happen? Worst case scenario, it may take 1-2 days for this to get rectified (it has happened to me on a couple occasions).
