Post by: flexgroo on December 11, 2013, 05:07:59 AM
i have lots of old laptops, and am thinking about getting one of the TH/s miners this month, it will be my first miner and would like to know if i should format one of the old laptops to remove winblows, and install a linux or unix system

any info would be nice, also just bought .50 btc for 410, last night when it hit a low, almost to my first full btc hehe

Most of the new asics have build in software to manage themselves.  They dont require a dedicated computer.

there is no TH/s miner on the market right now.
closest one is Black arrow 2TH with late February delivery.
or you wanna buy 100 blades, or 16 BFL singles, or 2 x Jupiters???
