If you are developing an exchange and you are not sure what is needed to build one, I am sorry to tell you but most likely you shouldn't be developing one. You can get everything sorted out but would you be able to secure your exchange that you are writing? Because creating one is not so complicated without securing it.

You can simply start by observing what others are doing. Go make an account on binance, kucoin, coinbase or any other exchange and simply look at the features that they have.

If your thinking of creating it all by your self it hell wont be easy, best to get a team.. Here are few points I found out

As for me that what do we need in the function of crypto exchange If we want to develope an exchange and we must be sure what is needed to build for crypto exchange so we can do good activity  for example we do trading, buying, selling all coins beside that the function of crypto exchange it can increase our bitcoins more.
