He doesn't respond to private messages, I sent him one. No response from either email addresses. No response from QQ. Unbelievable. Have made withdraws of my BTC but none have made to my wallet as of Dec 14th. And freeworm seems to be Chinese and may not speak English. But on several posts it seems No one gets a responce from bter support or the Admin .. Have you had any luck so far?
