Why account banned?

There many reasons to be ban and banning account depend on the offense and the punishment will be base on it.
Boost spamming message (PM or post), Leaving a 'shit' comment to someone, disrespecting many members as well as DT and staff member, scamming other people, begging merit privately or soliciting donation privately are some common reason for banning accounts.

Is it possible that they will unbanned the account?

There seems to be described in detail in what article and got slapped with the ban, as written the extent of the breach, which further affects the cost of unlock. In General, read the forum rules, will be easier to live)

I think banned account s can be unmanned but it all depends on the type of ban you are issued. If the number of days is being specified on the note, then there is hope that such ban can be lifted but if the number of days is not specified then it might be an indefinite ban

Probably because you broke one of the rules or you're constantly breaking the forum rules. See it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0. Also, try to avoid plagiarism. That's the usual offense people make that'll lead to banning of account.

Depends on how serious your offense is. Sometimes the duration of ban is stated, otherwise try to pm a mod and explain your side. But be cautious, mods may think you're evading your ban through another account.

This thread should not be discussed in Altcoin Discussion and move it to Reputation sub board, as there is nothing to deal with it.

Most of the real newbie in this forum will experience on account banning as I do because we can't fully understand how forum policy works if our early accounts are not getting banned.
For me, it's normal because everyone aren't that forum oriented before bumping on this Bitcointalk forum.
In my experience, 3 of me early accounts were banned before I can do compose good comments and threads today.
