Hi, I'm facing a big trouble on hitbtc, it shows 'currency operation not available', all my money blocked on this site, it's all I have, i feel so tension by now, almost getting crazy because of this matter, please clue how I can contact hitbtc... I tried to send email and support ticket, no response, and no telephone number available...  what to do???

Don't panic right away.

Have you read this blog of them about "Currency operations not available" error (https://support.hitbtc.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005520985--Currency-operations-not-available-error)? If not, please do so as you can get the answer there, they gave 3 possible reasons why you get the error. In addition, please be patient in waiting for their reply.

Same error here, can't withdraw any currency. Have tried bitcoin, ripple, ethereum etc Did your problem get solved?

if you have problem you can sending ticket
or you can post in hitbtc official thread in bitcointalk, so you can get response from hitbtc

Currency operations not available issue is already selected, so you don't need to change that. Proceed with the email and comment.

Did you withdraw? Or error still persist?

We dont know whats the current update with this one yet op didnt comeback and tell us regarding on the updates on such issue with hitbtc. They should really have those etiquette on going back on the threads that they do create so that people will able to track it up if its resolved or not. When it comes to this matter waiting up for the reply of the support ticket would be the possible way to interact with them on what you had experience trouble into the site.
