Hello, yes, I have a great hope that after the conference in 2018 in maya, the price of bitcoin will grow by a couple of thousands of dollars. Almost always when similar events take place, more people are becoming interested in cryptomir and demand is increasing.

I actually agree with the thought of rally bitcoin. This means rallying of bitcoins value or increasing tremendously in value. Many are saying this is impossible but if you look at the coming adoptions of big businesses this year we can actually say that 2018 will be the richest year for bitcoin. Though there are high resistance to bitcoin right now but the moment those big businesses start to accept bitcoin a huge demand on bitcoin will be created.

As the MTGox trustee in action, I do not believe we will see a rally in the near future. Maybe these news is a bait for the bulls by the bears.

I see a lot of people boycotting this conference including the creator of Ethereum and the creator of Cardano and creator of OMG. If 2 of the top 10 creators are boycotting it, it seems bad.

If everyone "knows" something about the market, odds are it just won't do it. What it does is anyone's guess, but it may not rally just because some pundits say it will.

those attending these conferences have already got some knowledge on the subjct and bought their tickets so you wont find much action after.
most of the time its the speculation that something will happen that self prophecises the movement

EG
a shop doing special event on a limitd stock item. speculation is that the item will sell fast. so the shops staff buy the product befor the sale day. thus before people even rampage into the shop the stock is sold out, bar a couple. then everyone fights over the last product available ramping up the price.
if only the shop staff didnt react, the customers wouldnt rampage and everything would be business as usual

most of the time its the speculation of an event that causes chaos. not the event itself

I greatly believe that the conference will revive bitcoins again. Looking at the recent price of bitcoin, a conference of this nature will bring positive results of rallying bitcoins and hence causing many people to develop interest in it which would eventually increase the price of bitcoin

i think this is another case where people can't really speculate with any degree of certainty.. but hopefully we see a rally

Whether The price of bitcoin is going to respond either negatively or positively will depend on what happens at the crypto currency Conference, And since i don't know what's going to happen, I will just speculate and hope that whatever happens will be in the best interest of cryptos which will result in a boom for the market.

It can be good news for some people who what's to invest in bitcoin BTC, but they could not invest because of high price. low bitcoin prices will open door for many people, it would be a good opertunity for them i guess.

The price of the bitcoin is relatively low now and the reason behind is every negativity about bitcoin. I think such conferences will help in the growth of bitcoin and hopefully this will be able to remove the negativity over it to some extent.

I think the rate will only grow through support from different big organizations. A simple conference can't make any change regarding the price of bitcoin. And regarding with the analysts, I think I can trust them as long as they're involved in this cryptocurrency world for a long time.

yes these events have a effect on the price of the coins as these events attract more people into investing in crypto and helps to increase the demand of the coins and so the prices increase

I think it depends on what the event is going to discuss. If it's really a good news that indicates like a mass adoption sooner then I think the movement is going to be all upward and could potentially bring all the confidence back.

It's really difficult to pin point and say the prices will hit the roof if some positive comments are made or some insights are shared that may make it grow. What we need to hear and what will really impact the prices are that people are yet interested, people are yet making purchases, google searches have increased. If you have been a follower of bitcoins it normally rises in the second half of the calendar year so i wouldn't be surprised if it started rising.

This year has brought huge adaptability of the blockchain. The consensus conference has also showing the remarkable attendees this year. More than 4000 attendees have been enrolled so far and i hope this is the revolution and a lot more to come. Lets see what comes up after the conference.

in past the price has really grown after the consensus event, but it doesn't mean the same thing will happen this year. However regardless consensus I feel the price will be much bigger in coming weeks

Past events have the tendency to repeat themselves. Consensus 2017 was a blast and the alts market exploded with coins multiplying several times over during and after the event. The same thing can happen in 2018 due to the tremendous support through various sponsorships. Something great is coming...

There are many exhibitions of many projects but the safe bet is that bitcoin will rise more than average altcoin. Also bitcoin's dominance percentage is near it's 12 month bottom so it can only grow from here, meaning it will grow faster than most altcoins.

I guess that this event will impact on the prices positively. Every year the crypto exchange markets grow during this conference, therefore the current year won't be excluded from the traditional soaring up. Now the price of Bitcoin is not so low, it is average, but I doubt about the summer rally on the crypto exchange markets. My prediction is $9500 during this event.

I myself hope that the 2018 conference on the 2018 crypto consensus can have a positive impact on crypto and other coin coins including bitcoin.
