Any users here just want to tell their views about most irresponsible and expensive Exchange with no Support.

I have a Full Website in planned to actually Point out Why HITBTC is so careless and Will try to save many people from using and paying in some cases more than $100 to pay for 1 withdraw and getting full benefits of your forks .

I had NEXT Sitting with them bought on very high Price and they ended up giving me no Ignis for what I holded during the snapshot. After contacting them for more than a Month They have not resolved the issue and not replying to my emails at all.

Its been the worst experience with any exchange .
I had lost money in many exchanges closing Down but HITBTC Support is at worst

Please share your views about HITBTC

I will recommend Binance to all users as they are best s far and they have an option for you little chiller to be converted to Binanace coin where you can actually utilize your little leftovers

I agree with you, hitbtc exchange is very slow to handle the problem of its members, whatever the cause of it, I do not know also, that makes me angry, once had occurred sending token from wallet to hitbtc very long time ago, then I send the ticket, they give answer very long

I Submitted some tokens there and you can only trade them in multiples of 100 and in theory I have lost 40 of them for nothing and withdrawal fees is 110 tokens and which is equal to $11 dollars.

Every exchange in the last 12 months has been a nightmare when it comes to offering swift support. They put the blame on the massive growth they have gone through, which makes sense, but not if it continues even in a way calmer market that we are in today. It's purely the lack of will to invest in their support desk, which is a shame. They generated more fee income than ever before, but don't want to spend any of it to boost their operation. They probably bought themselves a Lambo with it. ::)

As much as I dislike HitBtc, this seems to be your personal fault. You could have prevented this by first checking what the trading and withdrawal fees are, and what limits their markets may have. Plenty of these tokens have these kind of limitations, it's not just HitBtc doing this.

I agree with 1Referee, most exchanges customer experience have definitely gone noticeably downhill from the last year. Although I definitely agree with the fact that the flood of new users definitely made the situation worse, most of the times, the exchanges could have, and should have handled customer support better.

I wouldn't say that HitBTC is the worst exchange, at least yet, because Yobit has most consistently performed the worst from experience, and has never taken any steps to better their service. But they are definitely still one of the worst exchanges to use, especially if you have a high trading volume.

Recently, they seem to be bombarding users with suspensions and asking for unnecessarily high amounts of KYC documents that other exchanges don't need. I don't know if it's just them trying to delay things, or an actual regulation. But either way, it's a very tedious process. Their absolutely trash support doesn't help either, they'll give you vague instructions, or sometimes take days to get back to you.

my worst case was with yobit, unfortunately all exchange has serious problems because governments do not supervise these exchange and many of these exchanges are created without at least having a license to operate, there are no physical office

Not only hitBTC but also with yobit when we do talk about support responsiveness.Luckily i didnt experience do have problems encountered on hit when i sell out my VIT tokens but there are lots of recent issues about lose funds and problems about accreditation of such tokens into their accounts or any related users queries. Expect these kind of problems is also possible into popular ones thats why you should ready yourself into problems when you do make transactions.

Multiples of 100's make very confusion, most of the people don't have awareness about these multiples of 100. Even though their withdrawal fee is very high compared to other exchanges, sometimes they are delaying the withdrawal without any issue.

NXT/Ignis seems to be a huge issue with all exchanges, not just HitBTC. Also, to be fair, the withdrawal fees of some coins were extremely high last year due to blockchain congestion, and that is probably not surprising if they haven't adjusted the rates down yet (which they definitely should).

Like others said, HitBTC is a pretty bad exchange for sure and one to avoid at all costs. I've only used it once and even then there were some minor delays with my deposit crediting, I never returned to using it again. Their support is probably undermanned and undertrained, which are two of the worst traits you can have.

Perhaps it's not the worst exchange ever, but it's among the worst in their customer support department, at least on an efficiency level.

The only thing i dont like in hitbtc is you cannot sell all your coin in hitbtc there are coins left that you cannot sell. If you have many coins to sell in that website and put it together its still big amount.

Binanace is Best option for that purpose.
You should you use that and covert the chiller you have into binance coin

Can others offer insight on this?  They have certain coins here you can't get anywhere else.

This exchange is not the worst. Some exchanges have high transaction fees, high withdrawal fees, and withdrawal rates are very slow. In comparison, HITBTC is not very bad.

Here is my statement that I agreed with you, yes hitBTC is not that worst they are still good if you don't have an error in making transactions. The problem is they don't have enough staff to follow up those having issues ticket, mostly issues on this exchange site were withdrawal on the fund and if you have error transaction they freeze your transaction for how many weeks so much better avoid getting an error on every transaction you had. Indeed, hitBTC is still good, but if there is another option to choose other exchange sites.

I know your pain. I use them just when I have tokens that can only be sold there.
Once they charged me a fee on Bitcoin deposit. Also, I have many different coins/tokens which I can't sell there like 0.6 of any token, where is possible only to sell 100, 200 or any hundred amount.
But Yobit is the winner of the worst exchanges.
