Apparently, every step has to be explicitly approved by them. About the fees you post, seem quite high to me compared to Kraken.com, for example. The only good thing is that they accept credit card besides bank transfer. There are sites like VirWoX that accept also PayPal, but the fees are about 20-25% since you have to make several currency conversions.
