I used https://www.getbitcoin.com.au/ They are safe and reliable for AUS customer, they take Cash deposits at the local bank. I put the BTC into coinbase, at the moment I don't want to deal with paper wallets and stuff atleast until I build up more bitcoin. Title: Re: where to SELL small amounts of bitcoin for fiat? I've traded using localbitcoins before, and the system is set up so it's pretty hard to get scammed. If you're selling BTC you send the BTC to localbitcoins where they hold it in escrow - and the buyer will not get your BTC until you confirm that they've paid the money into your bank account (or whatever payment method you chose). Localbitcoin looked pretty good. Back before they had problems CampBX was good for me.
