I am wanting to send some BTC from bitstamp to BTC-E, I have never done this before! On BTC-E it say 'Transaction confirmation on the Bitcoin network can take from 1 hour and up to 3 days if you send it without fee.' Has it taken this long for anyone? Can I speed it up by adding a fee? If yes how do I add a fee?
