Title: How to backup a wallet Post by: MagicMan187 on December 15, 2013, 09:39:20 PM I have a wallet with 14 addresses inside, I want to back these up to another PC (ie Move them completely), Is this just as simple as copying the wallet folder (ie the .dat file), and loading it onto another PC?
I know the password so this should work without any errors, correct? Title: Re: How to backup a wallet Post by: grue on December 15, 2013, 10:48:29 PM yes, but verify the backup just to be sure.

And also move it to a PC or device not connected to the net. A USB stick for example. No backin up required (except of the keyphrase if you can't remember 12 words) |
