Title: Price range?
Post by: bitcoinTrader on August 15, 2011, 03:53:48 PM
Currently, the price range is very narrow
High:11.89   Low: 10.6

I think it will surely break out in either direction.

My prediction is up.

What do you think?

I notice a lot of people think this rally today is due to the conference. I'm not so sure. Could it be the decrease in production? The average block count is down about the same proportion that the price is up.

If you have a lot of Bitcoins, this is a good time to sell. The price is up, there's a lot of buying power available, and few people are selling, so a big sell won't crash the market. Last week, selling 10,000 BTC would knock the price down several dollars. Today, you could dump 20,000BTC and only drop the price $0.60.

IMO the rate wont stop to rise before 13.5 USD/BTC is reached, maybe more -->

I see a price range between $6-$15.  When it breaks out of that range, things will get interesting.
