I hear it's possible (or soon to be) to develop scripts within the bitcoin block chain that execute fund transfers when certain conditions exists.  For example, if you have a will, you can put that will inside the blockchain (encrypted), then when that person dies, it will be put in some database on the web, the blockchain script will find it and then email the will to the beneficiaries and transfer X number of bitcoins to those parties at the same time.  Any information on how to get started on this type of development would be greatly appreciated.
