Basically, when i run the app with the hidden mode enabled, when the computer comes back from idle it closes which ever program has focus. its a bug that i wanted to know if he could fix. I tried to run a forum on a blog I used to have, never had much of a chance to get trolls rolling through it, the spam bots took over before they showed up.... The program ends other programs because it wants to end the one in focus, and if you click the mouse when returning to your pc, it will steal the focus of the stealthed app and get ended by the whileidle. i have looked at the source and may change some bits.
