Title: Scammed by 1xBit over 130BTC , causing my sister her life Post by: Kaztrez on May 11, 2018, 11:37:41 AM I restrained from posting here initially but I felt the need especially after what i went through.
I have deposited over 130 BTC on 1xbit, never withdrew winnings because i lost majority of it. Got a call, sister was diagnosed with cancer and needed big funds for a emergency surgery. I tried to withdraw 8 BTC and it was "approved" in less than 1 hour. After almost 4 stressful days, I am still receiving generic replies by their support saying: "Dear customer, We are currently awaiting a response from our specialists. We apologize for the delay. As soon as we receive an update on your withdrawal, we will contact you". More than 50 emails were sent to them with evidence and videos of my sister needing the funds for medical but i am still getting generic replies to stall the withdrawal. A big website such as 1xbit/1xbet don't have even 8 BTC to withdraw for a customer who deposited and supported over 130 BTC. (Majority was lost, not even winnings) Please REFRAIN from using them, I learnt my lesson and it might cause my sister her life. Will update this thread of any progress. God bless. https://preview.ibb.co/fdfS6J/Screen_Shot_2018_05_11_at_7_34_19_PM.png Title: Re: Scammed by 1xBit over 130BTC , causing my sister her life Post by: game-protect on May 11, 2018, 12:29:58 PM How much is your current account balance on 1xbit?
Game Protect knows the responsible parties behind 1xbit, but we can not guarantee anything as they are the most cold-blooded criminals we have experienced so far. However, you can submit your case using Report Issue (https://game-protect.com/support-ticket/) and I will see what I can do. Please also upload screenshots of your account balance history and deposits and add the links to the support ticket. As 1xbit is an illegal casino operation without a license, they basically have to give your whole deposited 130 BTC back. Unfortunately, there is nothing that anyone can do from these forums that will help you receive your withdrawal faster.
Unfortunately, 1xBit doesn't have an active account here, and even more unfortunately, they do not have a reputable reputation by any means, and have been accused of scamming members before. So sorry about what you're going through, but I wouldn't put much hope in getting your withdrawal from 1xBit, based on their past history and trust feedback: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=910922 Title: Re: Scammed by 1xBit over 130BTC , causing my sister her life Post by: SyGambler on May 11, 2018, 09:48:49 PM Fuck man I really don't know what to tell you , but waiting is all what you can do after you trusted them with such amount of money
an accusation here won't help cause the majority of gamblers here know that 1xbit is a scam , so 1xbit doesn't care about opened accusations if you are able to take legal action I strongly recommend you to do so , but I really doubt that you will ever get paid Title: Re: Scammed by 1xBit over 130BTC , causing my sister her life Post by: game-protect on May 12, 2018, 12:59:13 AM Fuck man I really don't know what to tell you , but waiting is all what you can do after you trusted them with such amount of money Your advice to take legal action is against the brain wash theories! Why do you doubt he will ever get paid? 1xbit's ETH wallet has 3000 coins in it.
