Hi,

I have been mining for about 2 weeks now but only ever pool mining as it was easier for this newbie.

I am wanting to try solo mining DMD and I am getting totally confused. Could you please help me?

I have downloaded and installed the QT, and it has finished syncing.

I have put diamond.conf into the apps/roaming/diamond directory.

I have cgminer installed but don't know what to do next...

Thank you very much for your help.

I have it working now but I still haven't had any blocks accepted or rejected.

cg miner keeps saying

Detected new block.

I assume my computer just isn't fast enough?
