I will be organizing a Mastercoin meetup in Austin, Texas. Check out http://www.meetup.com/Mastercoin-Austin for more information. (Given the great interest in Mastercoin, the group has gathered 24 members within one day after it was announced by Meetup.com.) In the first meetup scheduled for Tuesday, January 7 at 7 pm, apart from a lot of opportunities for discussion, we will have a short presentation of the Mastercoin project, its development and prospects. The presentation will cover the following topics: - Mastercoin and how it fits into the Bitcoin ecosystem - People working on Mastercoin - A tutorial on buying Mastercoins - Resources to learn more about the project Hope to see some of you there!
