I know this can be done via GPU-Z software after buying the card but here I am looking options before I buy the card and without opening the box. I don't see the reason why they don't want to disclose the info. they are ready to sell whatever cards they have in stock at discounted prices. Maybe they don't know how to find the information without opening the boxes. Basically, I want to know what I am buying (VRAM manufacturer) before I make a purchase. Sapphire rx580 pulse hybrid cards don't give great mining performance and hard to make it stable after bios mod. So, I don't want to purchase any of these cards anymore.
